MisOcc, DSWD grant P8.5-million aid to 34 associations

  TANGUB CITY, Misamis Occidental – The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, together with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and local chief executives, provided P8.5M worth of livelihood assistance to 34 association representatives in the province. The livelihood grant is intended to boost the livelihood activities of the associations in the province and provide them with the necessary support to help them become productive. The program offered an incredible opportunity for individuals who wish to expand their existing enterprises and make a positive impact on their community. By taking advantage of this chance, they can explore new avenues for growth and development, which could lead to increased profitability, greater market reach, and more job opportunities for residents. No holidays for a public servant rooting best for his constituents

  Misamis Occidental--There is no such thing as a weekend if a public servant hopes for a brighter and more abundant future for his constituents.  A mantra that Misamis Occidental Governor Henry Oaminal living for.  Despite being a working person even on Saturdays and Sundays, Governor Oaminal makes sure that he still has time to enjoy during weekends. A short prayer would start his day followed by the beginning of his duties.  On Sunday, the governor visited the Mialen River in Clarin town, hit hard by the recent inclement weather. He led the damage assessment in the area as he ensured affected residents would necessary assistance from the provincial government. First-ever One Asenso MisOcc Palaro set this week

  The province of Misamis Occidental, under the leadership of Governor Henry S. Oaminal, is partnering with the Department of Education for the upcoming conduct of the first-ever One Asenso MisOcc Provincial Athletic Association PALARO this week. The PALARO 2024 is scheduled from Feb. 7 to 11 to be hosted by the Tangub city government.  This aims to bring together the province’s best athletes from different DepEd divisions.  More than 2,000 individuals composed of athletes, coaches, technical officials, heads of athletic delegations, division personnel, and local government officials throughout the province are expected to join the biggest and the grandest pilot of PALARO 2024.  Governor Oaminal targets to unite MisOcc’s top athletes and coaches to deliver the most exciting and enjoyable sports event for Misamisnons.  The development came after Oaminal met with the concerned agencies and officials for the first ASENSO Provincial Meet Executive Committee meeting....

PPOC urges PNP to hunt those behind Gov. Oaminal’s bombing attack

Schools Division Superintendent in the Division of Misamis Occidental Renaldo Manuel Jr. said the province’s education department is backing the provincial government’s peace programs as well as other initiatives that promote law and order pushed under the administration of Governor Henry S. Swine multiplier, techno demo farm project first in MisOcc

  CLARIN, Misamis Occidental--The provincial government vowed to address agricultural issues in Misamis Occidental.  This, as Governor Henry Oaminal, lauded the pioneering swine multiplier and techno demo farm project at Barangay Sebasi in the Municipality of Clarin in the province, which targets developing the swine industry and advancing farming methods in the area.  OIC Provincial Agriculture Office OIC Mercy Uy, on behalf of Gov. Oaminal, attended a ceremonial groundbreaking in the area on January 23. Uy was accompanied by Clarin Vice Mayor Ging Oaminal Delos Santos, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan also graced the occasion.
